Choosing toddler clothing for toddlers is a bit more in-depth than one might think at first. Toddlers are at a transitional stage of self development. They're beginning to walk and to talk and take on their identities.

Another consideration is that toddlers still like to put things in their mouths. Anything that has the potential to choke them needs to be taken off from their clothing. This is anything from certain fasteners to strap ends. Also tripping and falling causes a lot of toddler scrapes and bruises, so make sure they have clothing that doesn't feed into tripping them.

And the last consideration in choosing toddler clothing for toddlers, is one most toddler lovers already know, and that's durability. A toddler will really test his/her clothing durability. They lead very active lives and put their materials to the test. So machine washable, stretchy type fabrics will hold up a bit better in the trials of your toddlers.
